I under-estimated the time it would take to find the right apartment and was under time pressure as I had to vacate my current apartment by July 14th. I was talking to a number of agents at the same time to hopefully find something as soon as possible. When I met Grace, she immediately started showing me all of the properties I requested. Then she made a suggestion of a unit which was out of my budget. She said she would help me negotiate a good price, which I thought would be challenging. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas).
