I’d like to share my experience with Daphne, my housing agent. In short, It was truly pleasant to work with Daphne. She took every effort to help from find flats, check the room status, resolve issues and get the contract done. Actually, I had an issue on the refrigerator in the new apartment which I think it’s caused by miscommunication between landlord and his agents. I never expected this kind of situation so I had no idea how to solve the issue. I was very worried if I could continue the agreement because landlord’s agent was just trying to avoid the situation. But Daphne tried very hard to reach out to the landlord’s agent and solve the issue. She was willing to take the responsibility on what she did nothing wrong and convinced landlord and his agent to share the responsibility. I moved to the new apartment last week and my family are so happy with new apartment. It would not have been possible to get the TA signed without Daphne’s help. Ingrid was really friendly, professional, and trustworthy from the start. She was able to show flats on very little notice and as a result, we were able to find a dream flat. She was also very effective at helping us negotiate the price by suggesting we include our photos and write a short biography. As a result, we were able to agree on a great offer. She also made sure that the flat was in great condition, and was able to spot things that needed addressing with the landlord. Thanks to her everything was sorted in time for our move. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas).
